Description : MC-807 is a one component, latex non-staining material that cures into a flexible and tough rubber with good adhesion to porous surfaces without primer gasket. It shows excellent UV Resistance and will not crack even after many years of outdoor exposure. It is also an environmental friendly sealant that can be easily cleaned up with water. Can be painted over in short time with latex or oil base paint. X-Bond: ♦ Bonding PVC, wood, gypsum board, concrete, masonry, aluminium,galvanized iron, steel, fibrous cement sheet and floor paneling ♦ Bonding foamed polystyrene, polyurethane and mirror backed tiles. ♦ Sealing gap for variety of construction materials we recommend preliminary compatibility tests prior to application to achieve desirable results Awning Caulk: MULTIPURPOSE AWNING CAULK is one part sealant that offer excellent adhesion, outstanding durability and excellent gun ability for general sealing application. It is specially formulated sealant that forms a surface skin while the body of the material remains soft, non drying and flexible. SA-107: SA-107 is a one part all purpose acetic curing silicone sealant that offers excellent adhesion, weatherability, elasticity and primerless adhesion to most materials. For multipurpose usage of general glazing and sealing applications. SN-501: SN-501 is a one-part high performance 100% RTV Neutral Silicone Sealant. It is suitable for a wide range of sealing and glazing applications where durability and reliability is required. It has superior resistant to UV-Radiation, vibration and weathering. etc. It adheres to a variety of non-porous substrates such as glass, ceramic, tiles, aluminum, fiberglass, no-oily wood, polycarbonate, etc.
