    Upon receiving a Gold Bar as a reward (you lucky winner), our PG Mall admin will contact you within 48 hours.
    Gold Bars can be redeemed at any Public Gold branch of your choice(arrangement will be made when our admins contact you).

    Upon receiving a Silver Wafer as a reward (you lucky winner), our PG Mall admin will contact you within 48 hours.
    Silver Wafer can be redeemed at any Public Gold branch of your choice (arrangement will be made when our admins contact you).

    Free Item?

    If you're lucky enough to obtain a free item from opening a box, the item will automatically be added to your cart.
    You're required to go through the entire check out process(don't worry you don't have to pay anything), this is to ensure PG Mall knows where to send the item to.

    Free Coupon

    Upon opening a coupon as a prize, (Not bad, at least you got a discount off your next purchase)you have to save the coupon on your side.

    Cash Voucher

    Start your FREE shopping from here! (Well, you can get extra discount when you shop at PG Mall). The Cash Voucher (C-Wallet) will debit to your C-Wallet account in the next working day.

    Terms & Conditions

    1. Prizes redeemed from What’s in the box are not returnable, refundable, transferable and cannot be traded for currency of any sorts with PG Mall.

    2. A maximum of 1 box may be opened each day, this count resets every day at GMT +8 12.00 am.

    3. Prizes are awarded to users based on system random mechanism.

    4. All referred shoppers must verify their E-mails for you to be entitled to open a box.

    5. PG Mall reserves the rights to deny winners of prizes if PG Mall determines illegal actions are performed.

    6. PG Mall, as the organizer, and its affiliated companies are entitled to use the winner's name, images, photographs and sounds to fulfill the objective of the publication (in the form of any media, including photos and videos, and the Internet including all the websites hosted by PG Mall and companies affiliated), as well as in advertising, marketing or promotional materials, for an indefinite period before and after the promotional period and the draw date, without additional compensation or prior notice.

    7. All PG Mall employees and direct family are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

    8. PG Mall may change the terms of What’s in The Box at any time without notifying every shopper.
