Cheffaro Portuguese Style Grill Fish Paste 200g / Tumisan Ikan Bakar Ala Portugis / 葡萄牙式烧烤鱼酱料

Net weight : 200g

Serving per package : 4 - 6 persons


Ingredients:

Pineapple, Vegetable Oil, Chili, Onion, Torch Ginger, Salt, Lemongrass, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Garlic, Sugar, Ginger, Sodium Benzoate (E211)

Allergen : May contain candle nut, shrimp, and peanut and anchovies residues.


Suggested cooking :

Stingray, squid, prawn or clam (optional add on okra)


Cooking Instructions :

Step 1 - Coat 1kg of fish evenly on both side using 200g Cheffaro Portuguese Style Grill Fish Paste.


Step 2 - Using frying pan, wrap the fish in banana leaf. Pour some oil in a pan and grill for 8 to 12 minutes each side with medium flame until cooked.


Step 3 - Using oven, wrap the fish in aluminium foil and grill in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes until cooked.

Storage :

Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigerate after opening
