  • Uncle James Char Siew Sauce (Oriental BBQ Sauce)
  • Net Weight : 150g (Serves 6 - 8 persons)
  • 1) Marinate 1KG fresh meat with Uncle James Char Siew Sauce for at least 3-4 hours or overnight in the chiller.
  • 2) Bring 450ml water to boil in a wok / cooking pot and simmer marinated meat & sauce in the boiling water for 20 minutes with lid on.
  • Turn meat over and continue simmering for 20 minutes with lid on.
  • 3) Remove lid, switch to medium heat and stir for approximately 5 minutes or until sauce is reduced to a sticky consistency.
  • 4) Lightly char meat under low flame for another 5minutes. Ready to serve.
  • 1) 把1公斤的鲜肉 (建议用花肉去皮， 滴干水) 用Uncle James 叉烧酱腌上至少3至4小时或放进冰箱隔夜。
  • 2) 把450毫升的水倒入锅里煮沸。把腌肉和酱汁倒入锅里，盖着焖上20分钟。把肉翻转再盖着继续焖上20分钟。
  • 3) 打开锅盖，调至中火并搅拌大约5分钟或酱汁黏稠。
  • 4) 以慢火煎约5分钟至微焦，不可烧焦。即可享用。
