龙井茶是中国名茶之一，也是绿茶的一个种类，主要产地位于浙江杭州西湖。生活中有很多人都喜爱喝龙井茶，不仅因为滋味佳，而且保健功效也不错。


龙井茶主要功效


1. 抗菌消炎


茶叶中所含有的茶多酚和鞣酸等物质，细菌的本身是由蛋白质构成的，茶多酚与细菌蛋白质相遇后，细菌即行死亡，因此龙井茶对于抗菌消炎方面有很不错的功效。


2. 减肥瘦身


大家有听说过喝茶减肥吧，肥胖主要是由于体内的脂肪过多导致的，而茶叶中的咖啡碱、肌醇、叶酸、泛酸和芳香类物质对于脂肪的调节有很大的帮助。


3. 提神


大家知道喝茶的话会影响睡眠，是因为茶叶中的咖啡碱能让人的中枢神经系统产生兴奋感。不过反过来的话就可以达到提神、消除疲劳的作用了。


4. 利尿


同时由于咖啡碱和茶碱具有利尿的作用，所以对于治疗水肿、水滞瘤等方面有不错的功效。


5. 降压降脂


茶叶中的茶多酚、维生素C和维生素P都是防治高血压的有效医药成分。茶多酚在改善毛细血管的功能和儿茶素化合物和茶黄素对血管转换酶的活性有着抑制作用，能够直接起到降低血压的作用。同时对于抑制动脉硬化、强心解痉方面都具有不错的作用。


6. 抗癌症


研究表明茶多酚具有防止癌变的作用。此外，龙井茶中的维生素C和维生素E能阻断致癌物——亚硝胺的合成，对防治癌症也有较大的作用。


7. 保护牙齿


我们知道牙膏中含有氟的成分，氟对于牙齿的保健方面具有很大的功效，而茶叶中也含有氟的成分，因此对于牙齿的保健也具有很好的作用。所以饭后也会经常有茶水来漱口。


Longjing tea, also known as West Lake Dragon Well tea, is named after its production region, Village of West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. West Lake Dragon Well tea has topped the list of the ten most famous teas in China and is characterized by its green colour, delicate aroma, mellow taste and beautiful shape.


Long Jing is considered to be China's most famous green tea. It's revered for its vibrant emerald colour, aromatic sweet flavour and strikingly attractive flat leaf.


A mystical story about the Hangzhou region gave rise to Long Jing's alternative name, 'Dragon Well Green'. Legend has it that the many lakes around Hangzhou were home to a dragon. A tunnel in the bottom of a well also led to the nearby coastal sea waters. Here, the dragon would move to and fro at his pleasure - something we're about to experience with this special tea.


Brewing Long Jing Green Tea:


First, boil some water and let it cool for about four or five minutes until it reaches 75-80°C. This temperature is critical for perfect-tasting green tea. Pour the water on one heaped teaspoon of leaves and allow it to diffuse for three or four minutes. 


If you're using a teapot at home, one heaped teaspoon of tea for each person is about right - plus one more for the pot and good luck.


Then, pour the tea into glass cups. The leaves take a while to fall to the base of the cup. The glass may be topped up several times over the hour to ensure the leaves properly release the flavour.


The aroma is electrifying. It's got one of the strongest of all green tea aromas. And the taste is refreshingly brisk and vibrant, with a very smooth, velvety length to the flavour. We're off to the Far East to experience a beautiful cup that is also one of China's top ten green teas.
