• Upon confirmation, no amendments shall be made. 

• Voucher used for the booking will also be voided in the case of No- Show

• Please present the booking confirmation email / Booking ID during Check-in

• LOTUS DESARU BEACH RESORT & SPA confirms your reservation by replying to your email with a CONFIRMATION ID


Terms & Condition:

• Voucher Validity / Staying Period until 30th June 2024. Vouchers can be redeemed at any dates before expiry.

• Advance stay arrangement is suggested / Prior booking is required.

• Redemption or Reservation Confirmation is subject to Room Availability

• Vouchers can be stacked for multiple room nights or room quantity.

• No extension on the redemption of voucher that is expired.

• Not valid in conjunction with other discounts and/or promotions unless otherwise stated.

• No cancellation is allowed once redemption has been made / Once booking confirmation is received.
