The black sesame is loaded with abundance of nutrients such as fats, proteins, carbohydrates. Besides, it is also rich in fibre, soy lecithin, vitamin B complex, vitamin E, magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and multiple trace minerals. It can be used to make various delicious foods with rich nutrients. Black sesame contains the highest amount of vitamin E among seeds. Vitamin E promotes cell division and delays body cell ageing. BNC 100% pure black sesame power is fully zero additive. We use the "steaming" method instead of the traditional high temperature roasting method.
