This eSIM is for Data only, no phone number and no SMS. No registration required.
This eSIM DO Not support Tablet, MiFi, Pocket WiFi, Poctable WiFi.
You need WiFi to set up your eSIM so we recommend that you install and activate your eSIM just before your departure. You can also wait until you arrive in the country to activate the eSIM,
**** Remember that you need WiFi connection for the set-up process.****

If unable to use, check
1. Mobile data is ON.
2. Check Roaming is ON.
3. Check APN is correct. Some phones donot change APN automatically.
• Add APN accordingly. E.g. APN: internet
4. Check Network operator is correct.
Once we receive your order, we will email and WhatsApp or send to the Chat box to you the eSIM QR Code.
Ensure your email address and whats app id are correct.
Simply follow the steps to activate the eSIM.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Please ensure you know eSIM and your phone is compatible before you order.
**** Once we sent out the eSIM QR code, it will be no return and no refund because we could not reclaim, all system control. ****
2. Once the eSIM is activated, data service start counting from point activated until 23:59(Malaysia time) as 1 day. 00:01 starts count as second day.
3. If meet any network problems in foreign destinated countries, please go to nearby hotel/mini mart (7-11)/ airport free WiFi to contact us for assistance. If the trip ends or you return to Malaysia, no queries on usage will be entertain.
4. Each eSIM can only be installed on one device. CANNOT change handphone.
5. The eSIM product is a very special product. We donot accept refund or return once we issued the eSIM QR code to you.
6. Delays caused by your own fault (order or travel date wrongly plan, cannot receive eSIM QR Code due to not able to go online to receive messages). No refund or no compensation.
7. Our store will hold discount activities from time to time, if this resulted you purchased higher price items, no refund or no compensation.
8. If meet any network problems in foreign destinated countries, please go to nearby hotel/mini mart (7-11)/airport free WiFi to contact us for assistance. If the trip ends or you return to Malaysia, no refund or compensation will be entertained.
9. Once you placed order for the said data plan, please read carefully the terms and conditions, we expect you accept our terms and conditions by default.
10. Poor 4G network signals are expected in the areas of mountains, highways, forests, construction sites, subways, airports, railway stations, tv stations, police stations, hospitals, underground carparks, basement, secluded areas.etc. no refund or compensation will be entertained.
11. Expiry: the eSIM delivered to you MUST use within 4 weeks (28 days) from day of issue.

13. This eSIM support HOTSPOT.
14. Apple iPhone/iPad purchased from China and Hong Kong DON’T support eSIM.
15. Lock phones Don’t support eSIM.
