Terms & Conditions:

 

The DirectD Gift Voucher (DGV) allows the holder/bearer to redeem goods at any of the DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd as per locations.

This DGV is valid for six (6) months from date of issue.

The DGV are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other forms of legal tender

During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the DGV, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer via credit card, debit card, e-wallet or cash

If the value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the DGV, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer or to be utilised at a future date.

The DGV is applicable for all items except items on promotion or discount

Only one DGV can be redeemed per invoice

Anyone with access to the nominated email delivery address who receives the DGV will be presumed to be authorised to receive the DGV on your behalf. We do not accept liability for any unauthorised acceptance and any consequential unauthorised redemption of the DGV.

Only valid DGV would be accepted.

Any disputes/s shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.

DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd (1034191-M) shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher and any of the losses or damages suffered by the bearer of this voucher that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the vouchers

DirectD Retail & Wholesale Sdn Bhd (1034191-M) reserves the right to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice
