Product Specification :

1.Make sure you always have one of these ice packs handy!
2. Use as ice pack: It's great for soothe fever, headaches, sore muscles, and relieve other knee or joint pains. Reduce swelling around the injured area.


3. Use as hot water bag: help to relieve stomach pain from menstrual cramps. For breastfeeding mom, it helps increase circulation, open milk ducts and stimulate let down to encourage your milk to start flowing. To relieve the symptom of breastfeeding engorgement: You may put warm compress on your breasts for 10 minutes before nursing and cold compress for 10 to 15 minutes after nursing.


4. Get immediate cold by simply putting ice cubes or crushed ice in the bag and locking it securely. Or fill 2/3 of water in bag & put in freezer for 30mins-1 hr before use.


5. For hot compress: Suggested to use hot water temperature around 40-50 degree celsius. If above 50 degree may cause skin burn
