Deskripsi Produk

功效 : 止咳润肺，化痰平喘，医治鼻敏感

Improves sinus and lung respiratory system. Relieves cough & phlegm, good for joint pains & prevent cancer.


材料 : 虎乳灵芝, 海底椰, 陈皮, 雪梨干, 红枣, 蜜枣, 无花果, 川贝, 南杏仁


可供4人份, Serves 4 persons


煮法 :

1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水 (1.5L to 2L) 放入锅。

2.放入洗干净的肉(鸡/排骨)后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。

3.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲两到三个小时。

4.煮好之后加盐调味即可食用。


PREP:

1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.

2. Add 1.5L to 2L water, bring to boil with meat/ribs & simmer with low heat for 2 to 3 hours.

3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
