Yangyin Qingfei Decoction ( Nourishing Lung Soup )

Suitable for nourishing lungs by generation of the body fluid and moisten dryness, clears phlegm from chronic coughs.

Ingredients:Rehmannia glutinosa, Ophiopogon japonicus (L. f.) Ker Gawl., Paeonia lactiflora, Chekiang Fritillary Bulb, Cortex Moutan Radicis,Scrophularia ningpoensis, peppermint,Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Lonicera japonica Thunb, Root of the Trichosanthes.

Serving Size:One dose can be taken by 8-10 people

Usage:Put the ingredients in a pot, add 6-7 bowls of water, and cook for 10-15 minutes.

＊调＊【麻杏石甘汤】发烧退热　

药材：麻黄、北杏仁、生石膏、炙甘草

用于外感风热，或风寒郁而化热，热壅于肺，而见咳嗽、气急、鼻煽、口渴、高热不退，舌红苔白或黄，脉滑数者。

注意：如麻黄短缺将以荆芥代之，不影响功效。

＊防＊【小柴胡汤】增强免疫力　

药材：小柴胡、防党参、黄芩、只壳、半夏、炙甘草、大枣 (需要自加生姜）

用于治疗感冒、流行性感冒、疟疾、慢性肝炎、肝硬化、急慢性胆囊炎、胆结石、急性胰腺炎、胸膜炎、中耳炎等属胆胃不和者。

＊清＊【养阴清肺汤】清肺解毒　

药材：生地黄、麦冬、白芍、浙贝母、牡丹皮、玄参、薄荷 、生甘草、金银花、天花粉

用于养阴清肺。治白喉。喉间起白如腐，不易拨去，咽喉肿痛，初起发热，或不发热，鼻干唇燥，或咳或不咳，呼吸、有声，喘促气逆，甚至鼻翼掮动，脉数。

分量：一剂可8－10人服用

食用方法：将配料放入煲内，加入6-7碗清水用猛火煮沸，煮10-15分钟即可。

除此之外，自身的抗菌杀毒，还是得时刻谨慎，随时随地的做好消毒措施，如持续有不适，请立即就医。

避免阳光直接照射并将其置于冰箱中冷藏。
