English Name：Fortune’s Drynaria

Malay Name：Sakat Laipang

Family & Genus：Polypodiaceae，Drynaria.

Pharmacology：Bones-strengthening，inhibitory on ototoxicity of streptomycin，blood-fat-lowering，cardiotonic and bacteriostatic.

Benefits：Sweet & bitter taste. Warm in nature.

Functions：Expel wind & dampness，strengthen sinew & bone，tonify liver & kidney，reunion broken bone（consolidation of bone fractures），activate blood circulation & relieve pain.

·Tinnitus

·Enuresis

·Loose teeth

·Arthritis pain

·Traumatic injury

·Chronic diarrhea

 ·Deficiency fire & toothache

Preparation：

·1 sachets tea bag each time. One or twice daily. 

·Steep a tea bag in 200ml boiled water for 10 minutes. 

·Each tea bag may rebrewed 2-3 times，or until light taste.

药理作用：强骨，抑制链霉素的耳毒性，降血脂，强心，抑菌。

性味：味甘苦；性温。

功能：祛风湿，强筋骨，补肝肾，接骨继伤，活血止痛。

适用于：

·斑秃

·久泄

·遗尿

·耳鸣

·白癜风

·风湿疼痛

·肾虚腰痛

·铁打损伤

·筋骨折伤

·足膝痿弱

·小儿疳积

·牙齿松动

·虚火牙齿疼痛

*阴虚及无瘀血者慎服。


用法：

·每次一包茶袋，每日1包～2包。

·将茶袋浸泡于200毫升沸水，10分钟后即可饮用。

·每个茶袋可重复冲泡2-3次，或直至淡味为止。
