Commonly used in Casio Pro Trek watch and other G-Shock and WaveCeptor solar powered watches.

The Panasonic CTL1616F is a button-type Cobalt Titanium Lithium (CTL) battery that uses lithium titanium oxide as the positive material, carbon as the negative material, and organic electrolyte. Sometimes Panasonic will insert a "A" or "F" i.e. "CTL1616F" for their internal use and is the exactly same as CTL1616.

Fully recharge your watch before wearing again, under sunlight in a cool location 12 hours or under a fluorescent light about 9-12" distance for at least 12 or more hours. If this does not start your watch something else may be the problem other than the power cell. Capacitors are storage devices and do not necessarily come already fully charged. Customer needs to charge the watch after inserting the capacitor.
