Mederma® for Kids™ should be evenly applied and gently massaged into the scar until fully absorbed 3 times daily for 8 weeks on newer scars and 3-6 months on older scars. Begin using Mederma® for Kids™ as soon as new skin has formed, typically two or more weeks after the injury or surgery. Make sure the scab has come off naturally and any stitches have been removed. Generally, Mederma® for Kids™ users start to see noticeable improvement after about 4 weeks of daily usage, with optimum improvement in 8 weeks. Mederma® for Kids™ is available in a 20-gram tube.

Mederma® kids works through combination of Cepalin™ and Allantoin to promote the healing process of the skin and improve the color, texture and overall appearance of your kid’s scars.

Mederma® for Kids™ is a non-toxic product safe for use on kids between 2 and 12 years of age. Some people may be sensitive to its ingredients, so if you experience swelling, scar discoloration, or severe itching, stop using Mederma® for Kids™ immediately. If symptoms persist, contact your doctor.
