Golden raisins are made from various varieties of seedless white fleshed grapes and unlike other raisins, they do not darken as they dry. These raisins also absorb liquid easily and are smaller and slightly sweeter. They are used in the same way as you would with the others. Our 500g product comes in an aluminium packaging. This allows the product to have a longer shelf life as aluminium offers high level of corrosion resistance and offers an impermeable metal barrier to light, water vapour, oxygen and micro-organism. Thus ensuring that the product remains fresh.
