【成分】
八角，桂皮，丁香，小茴香，元西米等。

【烹煮方法】
1。酱肉清洗干净后，把食盐，蒜头大粒打碎，上等黑酱油，腌两个小时。
2。加3汤匙的糖和油，加进锅煮成糖色气泡后。
3。把腌好的肉倒进锅中搅拌糖煮至干水，才加适量沸水浸过肉再加卤包，大火煮滚5分钟，改小火煮至少许汤汁，咸甜轻重自己调。
