Ingredient and Method of Cooking 


Sumo's Premium Belgium Waffle Mix                                  1pkt

Eggs (Grade B)                                                                         4 pcs

Water                                                                                         600ml

Flavor (Coconut)                                                                      1/2 (Half)pump/5ml

Cooking Oil                                                                                50ml


Method of Cooking


- Mix all ingredient with mixer at a low speed for 1 minute, then to high speed for 15 minutes to get an evenly mixed 

  mixture

- Scoop the mixture prepared in step 1 into a plastic container/tub

- Set the waffle maker to 180 deg. C

- Stir and apply the mixture onto the waffle maker and bake for 5 minutes. The surface of the waffle will turn golden  

  brown once it is done.

- Cool the waffle with swinging method at least 3 times
