Deskripsi Produk

- 药材:玉竹、当归、川芎、党参、枸杞、八角、桂皮等十几种独家药材和香料搭配。


- 烹调用料:肉骨一公斤、蒜头八粒、老抽二汤匙、生抽四汤匙、蚝油二汤匙,盐及味精适量。


- Ingredients : with yuk chuk, dong gui, tangshen root, chinese berry, dried longan, peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon and more than ten exclusive recipe well mixed.


-Preparation : 1 kg meats, 8 pieces of garlic, 2 spoons of black soya sauce, 4 spoons of light soya sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, salt and ajinomoto.


- 烹调法:

1. 洗净肉骨。

2. 将1.5 - 2公升开水煮沸后,加入肉骨及一包肉骨茶汤料,以中火煮 1 小时以上,然后加入味精、蚝油、盐、酱清及酱油。


- Cooking Instruction :

1. Rinse meat.

2.  Boil 1.5-2 liter water, put in meat and one pack of bak kut teh spices, then use medium heat to cook more than 1 hour . Add in soya sauce, oyter sauce, salt and ajinomoto until meat is fully cooked.
