Vitamode® K2 Plus D3 Tablet is a combine formulation of vitamin K2 and D3 where it can help to increase the vitamin K2 and D3 levels in our body.

Dosage:
Adult: Take 1-2 tablets once a day, after meals.


Q What is vitamin K2?
- Vitamin K2 is one of the K vitamins, a group of fat soluble vitamins often neglected despite their importance. Vitamin K2 also known as menaquinone (MK), is naturally found in abundance in a Japanese delicacy called natto. The modern diet is most deficient of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), the bioactive form of vitamin K2. MK-7 plays an important role in preventing arterial calcification. MenaQ7® is the first and clinically proven natural vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7.


Q How does K2 Plus D3 Tablet work?
- Osteocalcin is a protein molecule required to bring calcium into the bones whereas Matrix GLA Protein (MGP) is required to keep calcium out of the arteries. Vitamin K2 works to activate these protein and keep arteries flexible.


Q Who is recommended to take K2 Plus D3 Tablet?
- K2 Plus D3 Tablet is recommended for all adults and elderly, individuals with a calcium-rich diet and vegetarians.

- K2 Plus D3 Tablet is safe, suitable for vegetarians and generally well-tolerated. Therefore, it is safe for long term consumption following recommended dosage.



Q What are the contraindications of K2 Plus D3 Tablet?
- Vitamin K interferes with the effects of the anticoagulant, Warfarin. Individuals using Warfarin are not recommended to take K2 Plus D3 Tablet.
