三美 肉骨茶 Samy Bak Ku Teh 35G（3-4人份）


成分：当归，玉竹，桂皮，枸杞，胡椒，党参，甘草，川芎


煮法：

1. 将1包“三美肉骨茶”加入2L清水，以大火煮沸。

2. 加入3粒蒜头，5粒香菇，1KG排骨，1汤匙黑酱油，2汤匙生抽，用大火煮沸15分钟。

3. 然后转中火，加入适量食盐，煮约1小时，即可食用。


Ingredients:

Angelicae Sinensis, Polygonatum Odoratum, Cinnamomum Aromaticum, Lycii Fructus, White Pepper, Condonopsis Pilousulae, Glycyrrhiae Preparata, Ligustici Wallichii.


Cooking Instructions:

Pour in 2L of water, add in 1 packet of "Samy Soup Spice Herb Pack" and wait till fully boiled.

Add in 3pcs of garlic, 5pcs mushroom , 1Kg meat, 1soup spoon of Soy sauce, 2 soup spoon of Light soy sauce and boil with high heat for 15min.

Turn it to medium heat, add in some Salt and continue boiling for 1 hour.
