Use the slot opening at the end of the handle. 2. Turn the release-valve clockwise to tighten it. 3. Put the jack under the load to be lifted. 4. Turn the adjustable screw rod until it contacts with the load. 5. Put the handle in the processing handle holder and press up and down. 6. The piston rod will then lift slowly till the specified range is reached. To lower down the object: 1. Remove the pressing handle. 2. Use the slot opening at the end of the handle. 3. Turn the release-valve slightly counter clockwise to loosen it, the piston rod will then move down slowly. NOTE: It is quite danger to release the valve quickly, do it slowly to avoid any danger happen while lower down the object.
