  • Uncle James BaKuTeh is the most popular Chinese Dish Originating from Klang, Malaysia.
  • Serving per packet - 2-3ppl (45g),Serving per box - 5-6ppl (2 packets x 45g)
  • 1) Bring to boil 1.6L water.
  • 2) Add 2 packetsof Uncle James Bakuteh and 100g of garlic cloves (2 whole bulbs).Boil for 30 minutes at low heat.
  • 3) Add 1kg meatand 2 packetsof Soya Sauce and boil for 60 minutes at low heat.
  • 4) Serve hot :)
  • 1) 将1.6 公升的水煮沸。
  • 2) 加入2包Uncle James 肉骨茶香料和100克的蒜头 (2整粒)
  • 3) 加入1公斤肉和2包酱油继续用小火煮60分钟。趁热享用。
