It is still popular, especially as a summer scent. It opens with leading notes of yuzu, mandarin orange, lemon verbena, bergamot, sage, tarragon, calone, cypress, and coriander. The heart is abundant and spicy with middle notes of nutmeg, saffron, Ceylon cinnamon, blue lotus, mignonette, and geranium. The base notes of tobacco, cedar, musk, Tahitian vetiver, sandalwood, and amber present an extremely woody dry to the bottom of the fragrance. This is a long-lasting aroma with a strong sillage.
