Smart Recognition of Strength Training Movements

- For people working on muscle training and body shaping, the Amazfit Falcon can automatically recognize dozens of strength training excercises. However, tehre may be more in future, so no need to specify the number.

- After the Strength Training workout mode is engaged, the watch can automatically and intelligently identify the training action you are performing and will identify the corresponding muscle group (with a scientific automatic grouping algorithm) it can even show the user which muscle group they are exercising, to help them target the right body part.

- The watch will automatically count your reps and the algorithm automatically enters the rest period between sets or ne the next group of movements of recognition.

- You can also select your target heart rate interval and resting time and the watch will remind you of them to keep you on track.
