They are the basic building blocks for the joints and their anti-inflammatory action can delay many inflammation-induced breakdown process of the cartilage. In addition, glucosamine improves the production and viscosity of synovial fluid which enables it to better lubricate the joints. Chondroitin Sulphate also inhibits the actions of enzymes involved in the degradation of cartilage.
Dosage :
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily, 15 minutes before meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Not recommended for those who with established allergies to seafood/shellfish.
