功效 : 清补清润, 补中气, 滋补强身
Good for help to replenish qi & blood. Helps improve body immune system

可供4人份, Serves 4 persons

煮法 :
1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水 (2L) 放入锅。
2.放入洗干净的肉后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
3.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲两到三个小时。
4.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。

PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.
2. Add 2L water, bring to boil with meat & simmer with low heat for 2 - 3 hours.
3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired. Serve and Enjoy!
