- 成分：凉粉草、茯苓、蒲公英、金银花、淀粉，其他

- Ingrediants : Herba Mesona, Poria cocos, Herba Taxaci, Fros Loniicerae, Flos Sophora Japonica, Starch etc.


- 素食 / Vegetarian Food


- 食用方法：

1. 取龟苓膏粉1包50g，加入200ml水搅拌成糊状，再用过滤网筛选出小粉团，煮成后的龟苓膏较润滑可口。

2. 烧开1300ml的水，然后慢慢加入搅拌好的龟苓膏，加热热煮沸，待冷却后加入糖浆或蜜糖即可食用。


- Direction : Put one bag 50g powder with 200ml water. Stir well mix and filter with sieve. Slowly pouring the paste into 1300ml of boiling water and cook TO BOIL. Add sugar fluid or honey for serving.
