4. Stamina boost – high tension, standing climb, high handle position, fast cycling

5. Energize – medium tension, relaxed posture, fast cycling, low seat position, low handle position

This 4kg fly wheel that sits at the front bike supplies a smoother and more comfortable ride

for you to get into your own rhythm and build momentum steadily.

Adjustable Seat & Handle Bar

The seat position can be easily adjusted manually in vertical motion according to your

own preference and comfort. The the seat and handle bar is situated below the
