Turmeric, Coriander, Fenugreek, Cumin, Orange Peel, Pepper, Chili Pepper, Cinnamon, Fennel, Ginger, Star Anise, Thyme, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Nutmeg, Sage, Cardamom


[S&B Oriental Curry Powder 400g ]

S&B Curry Powder 400g is an blend of spices you can add curry flavour to any dish. Use it as a seasoning, or as an additional flavour of dressing, mayonnaise or ketchup.


How to use?

1.Stir-fry minced onion with oil  on low heat until golden for 20 min

2. Add meat and vegetables and stir-fry on medium heat for 10 min

3. Add water and a soup stock cube bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender and then turn off the heat for 20 min.

4.Put vegetable oil and flour into a sauce pan with low heat, fry flour carefully not to burn until golden.

5. Turn the heat off and chill the sauce pan with wet towel. Add curry powder and mix well.

6. Add some broth of  and extend into the flour. Put the roux and stir until melt completely.

7.Simmer approx. 5 minutes to thicken. Add salt and sugar for seasoning.

8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.


  • Close the lid firmly after opening and store in a cool dry place. 
  • Do not use a can opener when opening the lid
  • Open the  inside aluminium foil with spoon. Be careful not cut your fingers.
