HOT APPLICATION

For temporary pain relief of muscles and joints ache, back pain or menstrual cramp.


HOT WATER METHOD

1. Boil approximately 4-5 liters of water.

2. Remove water from heat.

3. Immerse Hot/Cold pack in water for about 10mins.

4. Remove Hot/Cold pack from water and always insert the pack into the soft towel cover provided.



MICROWAVE METHOD (Microwave power may vary, thus the correct heating time might be differ for different microwave.)

Flatten the Hot/Cold pack and ensure the gel is evenly distributed.

If Pack is at room temperature, expose on high for 50sec and let stand 50 sec. If more heat is necessary, try a further 10 sec at a time with equal standing time until correct temperature is reached.

If pack is taken out from the freezer, expose on high initially for 75sec and let stand 75 sec. Further exposures should be in 10 sec increments with equal standing time until correct temperature is reached.

Record the total time for future use.


COLD APPLICATION

To help reduce swelling after an injury, cool down a temperature, ease headaches and toothache or relieve minor burn.

Store Hot/Cold pack in freezer so that it is always ready to use cold for injury.

Please refrigerate the pack in freezer at least 2 hours.

Insert the Hot/Cold pack into the soft towel cover provided to insulate the cold.

In case of severe injury, wet towel prior to application for greater cold penetration. Do not use the Hot/Cold pack directly on skin straight from freezer.

Leave cold pack on for 15-20 mins. Repeat every 1-1 / hours as needed.

Consult physician regarding extended use.
