How ENO Helps?

ENO is made with ingredients that dissolve quickly to create an effervescent solution, neutralising stomach acid on contact.


Ingredients (per 4.3g):

Sodium Bicarbonate 1.96g, Citric Acid Anhydrous 1.85g, Sodium Carbonate Anhydrous 0.43g, Permitted coloring & flavoring.


How To Use ENO

Dissolve one sachet of ENO, or one teaspoon of powder (5 gm) in a glass of water (150 ml) and drink up.

It is recommended to consume ENO as soon as it has completely dissolved in the water.

Eno powder is indicated for adults and children aged 12 years and above

Minimum dosing interval: 2 hours.


Do not take the second dose less than 2 hours after the first dose.

Do not take more than two times a day.

Do not take this medicine for more than 14 days.

Do not use for children under 12 years old.

Always read the label prior using.
