Please be noted that we will not accept kimchi bag bloated/leaking as a reason for refund as this is a natural phenomenon that will happen for kimchi and we have also stated clearly here. 2) Shipping for kimchi in West Malaysia only. Sabah and Sarawak is not allowed due to long shipping time.
