INGREDIENTS :
Fish Meat, Breadcrumbs, Palm Oil, Carrot, Celery, Corn Starch, Garlic,

Allergen Advice :
Contains Fish, Egg, Wheat(Gluten) and Sulphites.

COOKING DIRECTIONS
To Pan Fry:
1.Pre-heat cook in oil, enough to cover FISH FINGERS in frying pan.
2.Fry gently in pry-heat toll for about 6 minutes turning occasionally.

To Deep Fry:
1.Fill pan with 1/3 full oil and pre-heat till 170°C
2.Fry gently for about 4 minutes.

Cooking instruction:
Do not thaw before frying. Pan fry for 6 minutes or deep fry for 4 minutes.
