迎客松 （安徽黄山景区标志性景观）
迎客松在黄山玉屏楼右侧、文殊洞之上，倚青狮石破石而生，高10米，胸径0.64米，地径75厘米，枝下高2.5米，树龄至少已有1300年，黄山“四绝”之一。其一侧枝桠伸出，如人伸出一只臂膀欢迎远道而来的客人，另一只手优雅地斜插在裤兜里，雍容大度，姿态优美。
迎客松是黄山的标志性景观，也是安徽省的象征之一，从人民大会堂铁画《迎客松》至车站码头，都有它的身影。迎客松已经成为中国与世界人民和平友谊的象征。
Welcoming pine
The Welcoming Pine Tree is a famous Huangshan Pine tree located on the east side of Jade Screen Peak. It is about 10 meters (33 feet) high and is so-called because of the two long branches that seem to warmly welcome visitors to the mountain.

黑松 （松科松属植物) - Black Pine
黑松（Pinus thunbergii Parl.）是松科、松属植物。别名白芽松，常绿乔木，高可达30公尺，树皮带灰黑色。四月开花，花单，雌花生于新芽的顶端，呈紫色，多数种鳞（心皮）相重而排成球形。成熟时，多数花粉随风飘出。球果至翌年秋天成，鳞片裂开而散出种子，种子有薄翅。果鳞的麟脐具有短刺。原产日本及朝鲜南部海岸地区。
Pinus thunbergii (syn: Pinus thunbergiana), also called black pine, Japanese black pine, and Japanese pine, is a pine tree native to coastal areas of Japan (Kyūshū, Shikoku and Honshū) and South Korea.
It is called gomsol (곰솔) in Korean, hēisōng (黑松) in Chinese, and kuromatsu (黒松) in Japanese.

松柏 cypress-pine
广泛分布于我国华北南部及华东地区，亦常用作园林作观赏树种。中国人民自古以来就对松树怀有一种特殊的感情，常用松柏象征坚强不屈的品格，并把松、竹、梅誉为“岁寒三友”。松科是裸子植物中最大的一科，有10属，230种，主产北半球。我国有10属113种，分布遍全国，绝大多数为森林树种和用材树种，在东北、华北、西北、西南及华南地区高山地带组成大片森林，有些种类可供采脂、提炼松节油等多种化学原料，有的种类种子可食或供药用，有些可作园林绿化树种。

真柏
真柏（Juniperus chinensis var. sargentii A. Henry），柏科属，匍匐灌木，高达75厘米，枝条延地面扩展，褐色，密生小枝，枝梢及小枝向上斜展。
刺形叶三叶交叉轮生，条状披针形，先端渐尖成角质锐尖头，长6-8毫米，上面凹，有两条白粉气孔带，气孔带常在上部汇合，绿色中脉仅下部明显，不达叶之先端，下面凸起，蓝绿色，沿中脉有细纵槽。球果近球形，被白粉，成熟时黑色，径8-9毫米，有2-3粒种子；种子长约4毫米，有棱脊。

黄杨 （黄杨科黄杨属植物）
黄杨（学名：Buxus sinica (Rehder & E. H. Wilson) M. Cheng）：灌木或小乔木，高1-6米；枝圆柱形，有纵棱，灰白色；小枝四棱形，全面被短柔毛或外方相对两侧面无毛。叶革质，阔椭圆形、阔倒卵形、卵状椭圆形或长圆形，叶面光亮，中脉凸出，下半段常有微细毛。花序腋生，头状，花密集，雄花约10朵，无花梗，外萼片卵状椭圆形，内萼片近圆形，长2.5-3毫米，无毛，雄蕊连花药长4毫米，不育雌蕊有棒状柄，末端膨大；雌花萼片长3毫米，子房较花柱稍长，无毛。蒴果近球形。花期3月，果期5-6月。

Buxus sinica var. sinica Shrubs or small trees; branchlets terete, longitudinally ribbed, grayish white; young branches tetragonous, pubescent; internode (3-)5-20 mm. Petiole 1-2 mm; leaf blade varied in shape and size, broadly elliptic, broadly obovate, orbicular, obovate, obovate-oblong, or elliptic-lanceolate to lanceolate, (5-)7-35 × (3.5-)5-20 mm, leathery, thickly leathery, or thinly leathery, shining adaxially, glabrous on both surfaces or puberulent along basal half of midrib, base rounded to cuneate, apex rounded, obtuse with retuse tip or acuminate with acute tip.
