使用方式

米粥：50克（2.5汤匙）BB胚芽米加入400毫升清水，水滾煮10分钟，加蓋焗5分钟，即成软綿米粥

米饭：50克（2.5汤匙）BB胚芽米加入80毫升清水，隔水蒸15分钟即成松软米饭（可依个人喜好減少或增加水份量调较稀稠度）
