JAPAN HINODE MIRIN (SWEET COOKING SAUCE & COOKING SAKE) 日本甜味调味味淋/ 调味料理酒


Mirin is an important cooking condiment for Japanese, the sweet and syrup liquid type of sauce used for dishes seasoning and glazing, adds the mild sweetness to dishes. 

Hinode Mirin Sweet Cooking Sauce 日本甜味调味味淋 is the key condiment used in Teriyaki sauce, and also can be brushed on the meat such as chicken, beef, salmon and vegetable, to make the dishes more flavory. Mirin also can be used for marinade and dressing purposes.

Hinode Mirin Cooking Sake 日本调味料理酒 is similar to mirin but is less sweet. Suitable to use in boiled dishes, to prevent other ingredients decomposing in hot water, and help to remove the smell of seafood or meat.
