• Fish maw is dried swim bladders of large fishes.
• Fish maw is a good source of collagen and helps with blood circulation.
• Fish maw must be soaked for hours, usually overnight before it can be prepared.

焗鱼鳔浸泡步骤 ：
1. 用清水冲洗鱼鳔，加入清水泡发60 - 90分钟或至鱼鳔变软。
2. 沥干水后鱼鳔就能切片烹调了。

Direction :
1. Rinse the dried fish maw with water, after that add clean water to soak for 60 to 90 mins or until soft.
2. After drain all the water, the fish maw is ready to cook.

附注 | Remark:
泡发好的鱼鳔倘若不是马上烹调食用，请冰冻收藏于0℃一下的雪柜。
Soaked fish maw that are not cooked should be sealed and stored in the refrigerator at below 0℃
