This blend of ingredients in Mg Gel works synergistically for an enhanced transdermal magnesium experience.

1ml contains 72.1 mg elemental magnesium
360 mg elemental magnesium per teaspoon (5ml).
For targeted applications over joints and muscles.
Smooth texture making it ideal for use in massage therapy.
Excellent for relieving cracked heels.
Moisturising and soothing
Convenient for applications before or after sports and exercise.
Formulated for sustained release.
A little goes a long way.

DIRECTIONS:
 - FOR OSTEOARTHRITIS: Apply to painful joints thrice daily. 
 - FOR MUSCLE ACHES, PAINS, TWITCHES AND CRAMPS: Massage over affected areas.
 - FOR PERIOD PAIN: Apply over abdomen.
 - FOR SLEEP: Apply over belly, lower back and calves before you go to bed.
 - COMPRESS: Apply to area of concern (e.g., knee, shoulder, arm) and cover with a hot towel/cloth. Leave on for a minimum of 15 minutes before removing and wiping or rinsing off.
  - ORAL HEALTH: 2-3x a week, you can squeeze a small amount onto your toothbrush, along with your regular toothpaste and brush as per normal. The salty flavour may take getting used to.
  - ACNE and PIMPLES: Use for spot applications. Or on the whole face as a “mask” which can be rinsed off after 15-20 minutes.
