Note:
Cold compr: It can be used within 60 minutes in the freezer or refrigerator freezer (-18 to-20 degrees Celsius), or for a long time in the refrigerator for emergency use.
Hot compr: Put the bag in the microwave oven to warm up (medium temperature) for 2 minutes and then feel the surface temperature with your hands. If the temperature is not enough, you can heat it for 30 seconds at a time until it reaches the ideal temperature. Or boil the bag directly in boiling water for 5 minutes, so that it can be used after full heating

Note: This ice pa is only suitable for external use. If the paing is aged carelly and the inner liquid is contaminated with eyes or skin, it can be washed with cn water.
In order to prevent the temperature from being too high or too low, it is better to wrap it in towel or cotton cloth.
