= How to use如何使用=

This medicine pack can be cooked by adding 1000ml (about 6 ~ 8 bowls of water).

1. Chicken half or two ribs, peeled and cut into pieces, and clean.

2. Wash all the herbs once, pour into the pot and add six to eight bowls of water.

3. Boil the herbs over high heat, add chicken and season with salt.

4. Set to low heat and simmer for an hour and a half, enjoy while hot.

此药包可添加1000ml（大约6~8碗水）的清水烹煮。

1. 鸡半只，或两段排骨，去皮并切成块状，清洗干净。

2. 将所有药材清洗一回，倒入锅内，加六至八碗清水。

3. 以大火将药材煮沸，加入鸡，适量盐调味。

4. 调至文火煨煮一个半小时，趁热享用。
