Ingredients: ginger root powder, mugwort leaf extract, angelica extract, sophora flavescens extract, cow vigor, mineral salt.From the book of record "Compendium of Herbs" about  Raw Ginger  helps with dispersing of clog blood in the body, help to repel cold, remove rheumatism, improve blood circulation, improve constipation, promote metabolism, relieve fatigue, raise sleep quality, effective on varicose veins, contribute to hair growth and even weight lost.



Packging: Each box include 10 packs(30g each pack) and can be used for 10 times. a free foot lotion in each box purchased.


How to use: 1 pack per usage. Boil 2000 ml water, put the soaking pack into boiled water for 3-5 minutes, then adjust the water temperature by adding water. Maintain the water temperature at 37-47°C and foot bath for 30 minutes. During the foot soaking, you may add hot water to maintain water temperature and use the foot soaking pack to massage the foot for more effective result. 


Note：Low blood pressure customer may reduce foot soaking times and maintain 15 minutes each foot soaking section. 


功效：预防感冒，缓解风湿性风湿病，改善血液循环，改善便秘，帮助新陈代谢，缓解疲劳，改善睡眠质量，对静脉曲张有显著效果。帮助头发生长，甚至有减肥功效。

成分：姜根粉，艾叶提取物，当归提取物，苦参提取物，牛大力，矿物盐。《草本纲目》对生姜的记载：生用发散，熟用和中。解食毒，去冷气。益脾胃，散风寒。对艾叶的记载：艾以叶入药，性温，无毒，纯阳之性，通十二经，具回阳，理气血，逐湿寒。对牛大力的记载：牛大力有补肾壮阳，舒筋活络。


包装：每盒含10袋泡脚包，可用10次。每盒附送润足霜1支。


使用方法：每次1袋，每袋以沸水1公斤冲泡，浸泡搅拌3-5分钟，再加入适量温水调至适量温度（37-47摄氏度)，浸泡时也可用足浴包擦揉双足，效果更佳。


注意：低血压患者应控制泡脚时间, 每次为15分钟根据个人情况，如有头晕症状，可停止并平躺休息便可。
