Instructions:
(1) Preparation: isolate and prepare tooth
(2) Cleaning: rinse the preparation with water.
(3)Drying: gently air dry until there is no visible water. Do not allow enamel or dentin to dry for an excessive period of time.
(4) Applying DX.BOND VIi Self-Etching Light Cure Adhesive(DSA): dispense 1-2 drops of DSA into a mixing well, apply enough DSA to the entire preparation with a little brush until a shiny surface is achieved and then wait for 10 seconds (DSA should not be applied to much ). Use a gentle stream of air to evaporate the solvent for 5 seconds (If using a non self-etching adhesive, an etching step should be used according to the manufacturer's instruction)
(5) Cure: light cure for 20 seconds at 500 ± 50mW/cm². Keep the distance to exposure surface less than 4 mm.
(6) Applying DX.FLOW Nano Flowable Light Cure Composite
(FLC): place selected FLC into cavity preparation following by 20 seconds light cure. The depth of cure is about 2.5mm for 20 second cure. (In order to reduce shrinkage stress, for a large cavity, an increment filling is recommended. In general, 1-2 mm increments are placed into cavity preparation from different sides and the restoration is built incrementally. Each increment is light cured for 20 seconds.) For OA2 and OA3.
(7) Finishing: after light cure, adjust restoration.
(8) Polishing: use polishing strip or disc to polish the surface.
Storage for Light Cure bonding /Self Cure Bonding/ composite resin：
1. storage temperature 4℃-25℃
2. away from light and heat
3. cover the lid after each use
