Body Filler is Used to Level the Surface After the Metal Work has Reduced the Damage to Slightly Uneven Metal. After Straightening the Metal is Usually Ground with a Grinder in Order to Clean the Metal and Give it Some " Tooth " So That the Filler can Bond Well with the Surface.

After the Application of the First Coat of Filler the Spreader is Cleaned and the Filler is Allowed to Get About as Hard as Cheese at Which Time it's Easily Leveled or Shaped with a " Cheese Grater " Blade then Allowed to Fully Harden then it's Block or Board Sanded to Finish the Leveling Process.

How To Use ???
1. Remove Rust, Oil Dirt, Old Stain, Water etc. from Surface Completely by Sanding and Using of Solvent.
2. Standard Mixing Ratio of Base Polyester Putty and Hardener is: Polyester/Hardener = 100/2 (Weight Ratio).
3. Knead Polyester and Hardener Thoroughly to Make the Color of the Mixture Uniform.
4. After Complete Mixing, Apply the Mixture Within the Curing Time of 5-7 minutes. ( *The Curing Time Changes Depending on the Temperature and Humidity of the Weather. )
5. Rub Down the Mixture Fully with Proper Tool to Avoid Bubbling.
6. Sanding Shall Be Made After Complete Drying. In High Humidity Areas, Especially During Rainy Season, the Curing Time Becomes Longer than Usual.
