L-Carnitine is a nitrogenous compound essential for energy production and fat metabolism. It is made naturally in the liver and kidneys and stored in skeletal muscles, heart muscles, brain and sperms where it plays a role in turning body fat into energy as fuel. Carnitine exists in two isomeric forms: L-carnitine and D-carnitine; for which, L-carnitine is the physiological active form.


The body naturally makes Carnitine by using two essential amino acids, methionine and lysine; its formation requires the presence of cofactors such as vitamin C, niacin, vitamin B6 and iron. It is generally recommended by healthcare professionals to improve patients heart health, brain health as well as better glucose control. L-Carnitine is almost popular among fitness enthusiasts as it is shown to be able to aid in weight loss and improve exercise performance in terms of recovery, stamina and endurance.


Each 10ml contains:

L-Carnitine – 500mg

Pantothenic Acid –  20mg

Recommended Intake:

10 to 20ml daily in the morning before breakfast and or pre-aerobic activities either undiluted or mix with chilled water or fruit juices. Do not mix in warm or hot water.
