Trichy Sambal Powder (200g)   A Malaysian Product.    Certified Halal    Ingredients : Sambal Powder, Onion, Tomato, Tamarind, Salt, Anchovies/ Fish/Squid/ Bean Curd/ Chicken/ Petai   Recipe by using Trichy Sambal Powder : Method: 1. Blend onion and tomato with little water. Mix tamarind with water and remove seeds. 2. Heat up frying pan with some oil. Pour blended onion and tomato and fry till fragrant. Add sambal powder to the frying pan.  3. Add fish /anchovies/Squid/Chicken/bean curd/petai. Lastly add tamarind, water and salt. 4. For meat or chicken add ginger while blending sambal paste.
