INDONESIA  •「SANTHURU」- Enriched Herbal taste note from the unique volcanic soils of Mount.Santhuru,

full bodied cuppa pronouncing Chocolate Caramel sweetness, finish with Dates aftertaste


ETHIOPIA  •「SHENTABENE」- Floral Sweet Jasmine and Strawberry notes, fill your palate with mid-high

How to Brew Your KOPHI

----------------------------------------------------

1. Tear -  Tear along the dotted line carefully 

2. Pull & Hang - Stretch and hang the drip bag on your favorite mug

3. Bloom - Pour over just enough amount of hot water to wet all the grounds, wait 30-45 seconds for blooming 

4. Pour - Slowly pour 2-3 rounds of water till you got 160-200ml of coffee.

5. Remove - Remove the drip bag & enjoy a cup of good KOPHI!


**Brew Steps Reminder : Step-3 Blooming phase is important for the carbon dioxide to release 

from the coffee grounds as the gas will infuse undelightful sour taste into the coffee; also, 

carbon dioxide repels water, which interferes with the brewing process. Water can freely extract 

the aromatics and oils in coffee only after carbon dioxide has escaped.
