It must be worn for 1-2 hours each day and overnight while slepping and always remember to follow these few simple steps:

(2).Breathe through the nose-to assist the development of the upper and lower jaws,and to achieve the correct bite.
(3).No lip activity when swallowing - which allows the front teeth to develop correctly.

Cleaning the corrector:
Please clean it every time when remove it from your mouth with normal water.
Please do not use hot water to clean it,it will damage the shape.

How to Use:
Step1：Hold the Trainer with Tongue Tag up.
Step2：Place the Trainer into the mouth.
Step3：Keep tongue positioned on the Tougue Tag.
