Instructions:
1. Peel
• Handle strips with dry hands
• Do not brush teeth prior to using strips
• Open foil pouch and remove product
• Peel strips from backing

2. Apply
• For easier application, apply lower strip first
• Using a mirror, apply gel side of strip on lower front teeth.
• Align strips accordingly and press gently onto teeth
• Fold the rest of strip behind teeth
• Follow the same steps above for upper front teeth

3. Reveal
• Wear strips for 30 minutes(maximum)
• Remove and discard, do not reuse

**DO NOT wear strips to sleep or for more than 30 minutes
**Extended wear can result in sensitivity and/or gum discomfort
**There might be white spots after use temporarily, which usually disappears in a few hours.
**Crest whitestrips will only whiten natural teeth.
**Store product in cool dry place
