OHMS is formulated by Dr. Iichiroh Ohhira, Ph.D, a world renowned scientist who has done extensive research into lactic acid bacteria for 30 years. The multi-year fermentation process at seasonal temperatures in Okayama, Japan encourages survival of the strongest bacteria and makes the blend shelf-stable without refrigeration. Each person has his or her own distinctive blend of specific probiotic strains.
Direction for use :
On an empty stomach about 45 minutes before breakfast and at night about two hours after last meal. This allows the capsule to bypass stomach acid and open in the intestinal track providing maximum benefit.
Dosage :
Adult: 2 softgels twice daily
Children: 1 softgel twice daily
Younger children: 1 softgel one daily
Dosage can be reduced for general health maintenance unless indicated for health-related conditions such as eczema, gastritis, bloating and others.
